Wow, Two weeks since I've blogged!

Pictures of the first half of the weekend, More to follow, Today we are celebrating the Panhuise family Thanksgiving and Mara's 2nd Birthday!
Mara decided to start Saturday morning off to a great start by dumping the entire bag of goldfish on the floor. Although I think she did it because she likes to vacuum and knew she would get vacuuming privileges if she spilled something.
Five minutes after cleaning up goldfish, I looked outback and saw this gigantic preying mantis on our back door. YUCK!

The kids are excited and getting their sunshine faces on for Florida. Only three days till we leave. Yeah!

Must tell you something: BUSY,BUSY,BUSY!

Well we are getting ready for our Thanksgiving trip to Florida
I am trying to get as much running in as possible before my 2nd big race day
I am also trying to get the house ready for when we get home to have all the Christmas stuff organized to put out on Dec 2nd!
Cleaning like a mad woman and putting all the Halloween decorations away(Boo whoo).
I made these great Mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving Sunday from a recipe that my friend Coleen gave me.
1tbs onion salt
1tbs onion powder
1 pt sour creme
4tbs butter
8 large baking potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup cheddar cheese
I also made a pumpkin cheescake.

REMINDER AFTER THIS WEEKEND YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NOT BE ABLE TO GET LIBBY'S PUMPKIN DUE TO A SHORTAGE, SO STOCK UP FOR THE HOLIDAYS!
Bake in oven for a half hour covered, half hour uncovered.
