Happy 5th Birthday Connor!

our little boy is growing up and is FIVE today!

The little things that Connor says that just makes us laugh so hard:
"It's not all about me, Yes it is!"
" My Daddy has the biggest stocking ever because he is 40 and is the King"
Mommy: "Connor, do you like your new DS?"
Connor:"Yes, its great, I love it too much"
Mara:" Connor do you see the moon?"
Connor:" No, I think it melted"
Connor was helping Mara get dressed one morning and said, "the tag always goes in the back, do you got it, You go girl, you got it"
Mommy playing basketball with Connor:"Connor, you have to let each team take a shot"
Connor:"No I don't, I can make the rules, I'm only a kid"
Connor talking about Mara:"Mom, she's just learning, she's only three"
"But Dad you are a Doctor, you know everything"
Connor watching the NFC championship game on 1/23/11, "Dad, these Jets are so bad" Dad replies,"I thought you wanted the Jets to win?" "Daddy, I'm a front runner, remember?"

Diddle Doodle Dumpling honey from the bee,
Little Sugar Blossom dancing happily
All the birds are singing just for you today,
My Baby Darling you're one happy birthday .


CONNOR AT TWO


Once I was two too,
life seems to past by so fast .
I am happy for you
now that you're two at last .
It's funny when you're two,
and you are growing up
Infancy has you feeling a little mixed up
Its nearly time to enter into your childhood
With a big head on your shoulder's, you're looking good
pick up your feet now , hold you're head up ,
You are two
before today leaves .

CONNOR AT THREE



Mama said Happy birthday to you
and Daddy said Happy birthday too .
Your Brothers and your sisters said ,
You're three and no one can compare to you .
The moon and the sun spun just for you ,
while three stars jumped and the sky turned blue ,
Birds were singing and bees were buzzing
and people were fussing over you .
Because you're three , we all agree
That the world is better because of you .
The sun is brighter ,
Everything's much nicer
Happy birthday to you .


CONNOR AT FOUR

It seems when you are four

there's so much more happening to you ,
You're growing up and the clothes you wore ,
your body has outgrew .
4 years olds know how to eat up all their dinner
from the plate .
They talk prouder .
They laugh louder and they can dance really great .
Apart from singing new songs ,
they have lots of stories to tell .
Oh yes ,
4 year olds also get more birthday presents as well .
When you're 4 you can run really fast ,
and jump bigger puddles .
Sure you might fall harder ,
but you get lots more hugs and cuddles


CONNOR CLARKE IS FIVE TODAY

Being five is special in so many ways ,

Unique and rare are those five year old birthdays .

All the world wishes happy birthday to you ,

All of a sudden every wish will come true

The dark clouds all disappear without a trace ,

Flowers open up right in front of your face .

BIRTHDAY HIGHLIGHTS

 Mommy made Connor a special stack of 5 pancakes and a number Five to eat the morning of his special day. He really enjoyed that special moment.

Daddy made Connor special orange icing for his cupcakes and they were super yummy!

MAKE A WISH!

OPENING PRESENTS WAS OF COURSE THE HIGHLIGHT OF HIS DAY, HE WAS SO HAPPY!

Connor got a new razor scooter and was riding it all around the house because Daddy said it was okay, but when Mommy got  word of it, the scooter had to go in the basement. He loves his new scooter and all of his great presents. Thank you everyone for making his day special.

We celebrated with Pop Pop and Uncle Andy by going to Olive Garden so Connor could have his favorite soup there, but he decided when we got there that he was going to have Ravioli for his birthday dinner instead. We all had a great time celebrating together. I can't believe how fast the years have gone by. He is such a big boy now and all he wants to do everyday is play. His favorite things to do are playing baseball, hockey, and basketball. Every night him and daddy play a game of baseball(the phils vs. the mets) before bed and he just loves it.
