Mommy's New Obsession online: PINTEREST

So a few months ago, my friend Nickie introduced me to a new website called PINTEREST and it is by invitation only but if you want an invite let me know and I will send you one. It is full and complete with millions of Pins(blocks of ideas) that people find online and want to share with other people. You can find anything on there from recipes to cleaning ideas to storage and organization to outfits and destinations. It is really addicting and a great way to create your own notebook or pin board of ideas for yourself. This way when you want to go back and do a project or check something out you pinned it is right there on your board.
These are just a few of the things that  I have done recently that I got from Pinterest!

 My centerpiece arrangements for Valentine's Day on my kitchen table

"Candy corn in vases"

 Hearts hanging from a wire hanger in our kitchen made by crayon shavings melted between wax paper and then cutting heart shapes in different sizes and hanging up by the hanger with string.

 drawer organizers for pens and scissors and tape from the dollar store

 more drawer organizers for the medicine drawer. Now each kid has their own basket!

 New pantry door signs that I stole from someone elses ideas on kitchens.

 a very organized closet...still not perfect but 90% better!

a revamped storage wall unit that was a total mess from stashing a ton of papers in it.

 a chocolate peanut butter dessert that I made for Nickie and Kristen that I got off the site and it was to die for....AWESOME!
