That is if you are afraid to watch your kids going sledding on a sheet of ice on your straight down front yard that is full of trees,ice and a street only a couple hundred feet away! Watch out...because Mommy is having a heart attack while everyone else is having the time of their life. I really don't know why it is that Mom's have to be the one's to worry about anything and everything but really after all the sledding I couldn't even sleep thinking what if someone really got hurt, it was that crazy. And I have my Husband who has never worried about one single thing in his entire life, saying, "come on, bring it on, next snow, bring everyone"
I was beginning to think that maybe Don should take the next free agent job as a hockey goalie because he made some great saves out there the other day!
This was the picture moments before Connor took Daddy off his feet. He was going so fast he took Don down with him!
Another brilliant save from the street. I kept telling Connor to just fall off the sled before he hits the street but his response was, "but, Mom c'mon, I was going really just too fast" Yes, because you are sledding on a sheet of ice going straight down.
Mara was actually spinning in circles here in this picture and Don once again has to save her from hitting the tree. He thinks that next time we are just going to put up snow fencing that they use on the mountains so people bounce back off the fencing and don't hit trees. Yeah, dad! Great thinking!
Connor is thanking Daddy for such a fun day.
