Great Savings at the Grocery Yesterday!

Well thanks to my friend Theresa(who is in my coupon exchange) I decided to bite the bullet and go to Acme. I was refraining from going to a food store for the next few weeks because we are so overstocked in food right now and Don was beginning to think I was becoming a hoarder(if you ever saw that show, I definitely don't want to ever be one of those people). Well anyway Theresa convinced me that this shopping trip would only cost me a few dollars and she was right. My out of pocket expense was only $9.20 and then I got $6 back. So really it was only $3.20. Now, that I can say was totally worth it for all that I got. I got 10 boxes of cereal,4 boxes of yogurt for the kids, 3 boxes of gushers for my long runs, 6 Pillsbury crescent rolls(great for those chicken and turkey dinners), 4 pie crusts, 2 chicken broth, 8 packages of napkins( I had 8 marcal napkins coupons which made each pack only $1) and picked up a bag of flour for holiday cookies. Unfortunately, for the people standing in line behind me they weren't too happy because I kept rolling over my $10 savings coupons to my next transaction along with my coupons for each item. I definitely got a lot of sighing!

Now, I swore by the website living rich with coupons but now I think this site is better for ACME shoppers or for shoppers that aren't local to NJ for living rich with coupons. So Mom- now you can log on to www.hotcouponworld.com and click on grocery store, then click on swinging deals and choose your grocery store of choice. It will tell you all the coupons to use and print.
HAPPY SAVINGS!(MORE MONEY TO BUY CHRISTMAS PRESENTS)
