Mites on Ice October 2015

Connor participated in his second mites on ice game with his Kingsway Ice Hockey team. He said it was the greatest night of his life. They had so much fun.  He played with 12 kids from the K-4 program. He was in control of the puck almost the entire 3 minutes but there just wasn't enough time to get the puck in the net for him.
Between periods of Flyers home games the Fan Development Department coordinates a three-minute on-ice scrimmage featuring children who play in the Mite age bracket. The exhibitions utilize children from various club and in-house teams in the Delaware Valley. Participants take with them a free Flyers puck, a free jersey, and of course the memories!

this was the moment when Connor lost his stick and he said it got stuck in someones skate so he decided that he wasn't wasting any time so he kept playing the puck with his foot. The announcers made a big deal about it, "he went all rogue" It was really cute! Connor's mites on ice video
