Labor Day weekend

We had a very busy weekend and ended the summer with a lot of friend sleepovers and fun beach time! We went to Rich and Gwen's on Saturday for a BBQ and then went to Atlantic City on Sunday with Danette and Joey and on Monday we went to Uncle Tony and Aunt Brenda's for swimming and more BBQing!! The kids can't believe summer is over but they are both excited for school and fall sports. Connor will be playing Travel soccer for the U10 league along with roller hockey and Samara and Meg will start dance next week. Samara is doing tap, ballet and jazz and Meg is in the tutus for twos.
samaras first sleepover with her friend Gia. They will both be in kindergarten together this year as well.

Connor with his best friend dillon at the beach. We actually let Connor go to wildwood beach for two days with his friend. I was a little nervous at first but he did great and they had so much fun.

Mommy, Mara and Meggie went for our first pedicures together and it was quite the experience. Lets just say I don't think Meg will be going back until next summer. The girl must have touched up her nails a million times before we left. Samara was great and was so sweet and sassy but after two days she decided to sneak upstairs and take all her polish off. So much for the back to school nails and toes.

Our trip to AC was a lot of fun. We went to the Bungalow for Mimosas and the kids played in the sand with their Shirley temples and Roy rodger drinks, then we went on the beach for the rest of the day. The boys had a blast riding and diving through the waves while the girls splashed around and got dirty in the sand. After the beach we got dressed and ready for a super yummy dinner at Carmine's! The food was so good, I can't wait to go there again.

While Connor was in wildwood we spent girl time home designing a fashion doll shrinky dink stage and then went to Longhorn steakhouse for dinner with pop pop. The kids had fun doing a mini photo shoot at his house too.

Happy Labor Day to everyone and we hope you all had a great summer spending fun times with family and friends!
