what a great day...THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING!

SO I THINK I SPEAK FOR EVERYONE THAT THIS MAY JUST BE THE VERY DAY WE HAVE ALL BEEN LONGING FOR.....SPRING IS HERE!

HOPE YOU ALL ENJOYED YOUR FREE RITA'S WATER ICE!

we didn't but we still enjoyed the great feeling that WINTER is finally over and warmer days are in store for us sooner than later. Besides enjoying your water ice on this 50degree sunny day I hope you are enjoying all the signs of spring that are sprouting everywhere you look. Our yard is just budding with tons of daffidols, tulips, and our trees are starting to bloom as well. This time of year is so beautiful and is a time for rebirth, renewal and regrowth.


This is one of the beds in our backyard and I took this last week and this week it is covered with yellow flowers sprouting all around. Just so pretty!

WE ARE SO PROUD OF CONNOR. HE IS ON HIS 17TH NIGHT OF SLEEPING ALL BY HIMSELF IN HIS BIG BED IN HIS OWN ROOM. I THOUGHT HE WOULD BE IN OUR BED UNTIL HE WAS FIFTEEN, BUT HIS STICKER CHART HAS PROVEN US WRONG. AS LONG AS HE HAS "TEDDY" HE IS SAFE AND JUST SO COMFY COZY.

 AS FOR MARA, SHE IS STILL DOING WELL SLEEPING IN HER BED, SHE LOVES TO READ GOODNIGHT MOON EVERY NIGHT WITH HER DADDY AND THEN DADDY LAYS WITH HER AND SOMETIMES HE FALLS ASLEEP TOO, BUT SHE LOVES HER NIGHTIME ROUTINE WITH HIM AND LOVES BEING A LITTLE PRINCESS.

 CONNOR CAN'T WAIT FOR FLORIDA, HIS MIMI BOUGHT HIM FLIPPERS TODAY AND HE IS GETTING ALL READY TO SWIM AND SNORKEL WITH HIS POPPY. HE LOVES TO PRACTICE IN THE BIG TUB IN OUR BATHROOM.

 AND THEN THERE IS MEGGIE, WHO IS JUST A BIG SUNBEAM PUTTING A HUGE SMILE ON YOUR FACE. SUCH A GREAT BLESSING TO US AND SHE IS SO HAPPY, WE JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF HER SWEET CHEEKS AND THOSE GREAT BIG BLUE EYES!
