May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day. May songbirds serenade you every step along the way. May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue. And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through.

Sorry didn't take any pictures today, but I will post some tomorrow. Connor spent St. Patrick's day playing with his buddy Dylan, going to the park and then playing out front for three hours while Mara slept. He made his own garden by collecting sticks and planting them(all four of them) for his family. He even piled the dirt around the sticks and then watered them. It was really cute, of course his stick was 8 feet tall and Daddy's and Mommy's sticks were about 2 feet tall. I will have to take a picture in the morning to add to this post.
Mara had a fun day playing with Colin and Aidan while Colleen and I did our final kid swap for our last run before our big half marathon on Sunday. I made a great chicken salad for lunch and we headed to the park with our friends. Mara peed her pants at the park and I felt so bad for her. Of course the one time I leave home with out my everything purse and I didn't have any change of clothes except for a diaper in the car so she was stuck playing for the last 2o minutes in just a diaper. Thank goodness it was just a few of our friends at the park and no strangers or else I would have had two unhappy kids headed home. It was a really warm day today so I felt that 2o mins without pants on wouldn't hurt too much. She just was really dirty when we got home and needed a good wipe down before naptime. Connor was running around making sure he told all of his friends, "Look at Mara, she has no pants on", as if it was hard to tell she was the only 2 year old there running around in her diaper. Yet, just another moment when I should have had my camera...but I guess you can picture her having a blast enjoying getting dirty and being almost naked. Oh and before I forget she went down the BIG slide which is practically straight down 15 feet without me looking. I turned and saw her shirt in the air and by the time I went running to tell her NO she was already down with a smile from ear to ear saying, "I DID IT, I DID IT". My little no fear Mara once again.
