We had so much fun on Valentine's Day and she was so happy and excited to be eating all of Daddy's Valentine's candy. Now I know what to give her when I want her to cooperate for a photo shoot. Don and Connor went to visit Pop-Pop to take him dinner so while they were gone us girls had a little fun. We just kept giggling and snapping away with the camera all the while eating Jelly Belly Jelly Beans.

She was even so mesmerized by the jelly beans that she let me put a bow in her hair so that she would be the "pretty girl" as we like to call her. Some days when we are getting dressed in the morning I will pull a dress out for her to wear and Mara will say "Mara going to be a pretty girl today?" It is so darn cute!

Riverwinds Birthday Party for Nina

Tony and Brenda had Nina's 5th Birthday party at the Riverwinds Pool. It is great for the young kids. The water is very shallow in most parts and in the middle is a fun water slide which of course I had to test out and it was great. What a rush! There is also a whirlpool in the center of the pool too. The kids were not to sure of it, but they had fun swirling around really fast.

Mara was enjoying watching the water go in the grates. She was following everything Connor was doing and he went to jump off the edge and of course she did it too and then wasn't too happy when her face went under the water. Just so be it that she has to learn the hard way.

As long as Samara has her Daddy's hand she is one happy little girl.
