Spring Like Weather

" Look Out, It's a Hole In One!"

Connor loves imitating anything we are doing. Here he is pulling Eric in his make shift trailer. Thank Goodness that Daddy has a great imagination because I would never think to make this contraption.

Mara is really concentrating hard on trying to get the macaroni onto her spoon. She did a great job and yes she ate all of that food. She is still a big eater and sometimes I can't seem to feed her fast enough. She must have got that from her mommy!

We all enjoyed a wonderful weekend of playing ball and riding bikes outside this past weekend. It actually reached almost 70degrees on both Saturday and Sunday. We were planning to go to the zoo on Saturday, but Don got home late from work so we just decided on a bike ride instead. The kids had so much fun being pulled in the trailer and Connor liked it so much that we made him his own trailer for his bike. He was able to pull "eric" in the doll stroller. Don also is really excited that Connor is taking a great liking to playing Golf. He is actually really good at swinging the club and Don thinks he might even be better than him at putting. Connor definitely is going to fall into playing some type of sport because he is excelling at anything that has to do with hand and eye coordination. Which, I know that he didn't get that from me. I can't even follow a simple step routine at the gym. I am just excited that my little guy has talent.

As for Samara, she is growing up fast. She took about 5 steps a few weeks ago and then last Friday she went from crawling all the time to full time walking. She has not went back to crawling since that day. She is still a little wobbly, but likes to get around. Every time Connor sees her standing or walking he says " Look Mommy, she's doing it", Eventually he will get used to the fact that she is catching up to him and he is definitely in for a challenge against his toys. Samara also started feeding herself with a spoon this past week. Her first meal by herself was mac and cheese so we took some photos of just another "firsts" for Mara.
