We all had a very special Valentine's Day. We spent the day relaxing because Mara has a bad cough and really runny nose, so we decided to lay low and help her get better fast. She took two long naps and definitely woke up more like herself. We always know that she is feeling good if she is up to eating. She can eat us out of house and home. Connor and Daddy took a drive to Home Depot and Kohls and got a few Valentine's Day presents. Connor got a new ball and he got Mara a cool bath toy. They bought Mommy a really cute picture frame and I put a nice picture of Don and I in it. We spent the week going to a Valentine's Day moms club party and yesterday we made a nice steak dinner and then made chocolate covered strawberries which are my ulitmate favorite thing in the entire world. YUMMY! Don and I tried to have some alone time, but yet again that didn't happen. Connor, Mommy and Daddy watched Juno together and then after Mommy was done her sobbing we went to bed. That is Connor and I went to bed and Daddy came up some time after he realized that he fell asleep on the couch.
